Panama as a country has up to 90 institutions of higher learning consisting of colleges and universities. About seven Universities in Panama have a high ranking under the QS Latin America University Rankings system. The Universidad Autónoma de Chiriquí, one of three Universities in David, Panama, is among the high-ranking universities in Latin America.

Eligibility Criteria
Students need to apply online for a study program from one or more Universities in David, Panama. Students also need to pay an application fee (if applicable) and submit their application with proper documentation.
The required supporting documentation to be submitted alongside an application for undergraduate studies include a copy of a school leaving certificate or high school diploma, a copy of a valid Identification or international passport, a copy of a local health insurance certificate, academic transcripts, etc.
In addition to most of the documentation above, students applying for postgraduate studies must submit a personal motivation letter, two recommendation letters, a CV, and a police clearance certificate. International students need a student visa to enter Panama for their higher-education studies.
