The American system highly inspires the education system in the Philippines. T undergraduate degrees are four years long and can be obtained by signing up for a single programme or accumulating credits from multiple individual courses in a specific field. The postgraduate degrees take one or two years to complete, and the doctoral degrees take five to seven years. Medical degrees take roughly seven years, and engineering degrees take three years to complete.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for a student visa, you must provide two original copies of a duly filled application form, a valid passport, two photos, a copy of transcripts from previous institutions, a copy of your birth certificate, two copies of guardian’s passport, a copy of good moral character certificate from the Embassy of the Philippines, and medical health report.

There is no national application portal for schools in the Philippines. Students need to apply to the universities directly with the following documents: proof of English language proficiency from IELTS or TOEFL, school certificates and transcripts, a copy of your passport, two letters of recommendation, and a letter of motivation implying the reasons for your application.
