Eligibility Criteria

Higher education in Kenya is based on the English education model, and it includes three to four years for a graduate degree. After that, a master’s degree lasts for two years. For admission to a university in Nairobi, students have to have completed a secondary school level education. 

Students have to apply directly to the university through the online portal or by sending duly filled application forms via post. Often, the admission process is very competitive, and universities conduct entrance examinations at regular intervals for screening of applications. The other documents required at the time of admission include self-attested copies of academic transcripts of previous years, school passing certificates, IDs, etc.
