Eligibility Criteria
To study in Taichung universities, you have to take a language test and get qualifying marks. Depending on the language you wish to learn, you can apply for the TOCFL (Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language) or TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language).
Another requirement is that any international student who wishes to study in Taichung must apply for a visa. If your study program is less than six months, you will need a Visitor Visa, and if it is more than six months, you will need a Resident Visa. Documents required to get these visas are passport, financial details, passport size photograph, entry certificate, previous education certificate, etc.
